I lead BDO’s national life sciences tax team and enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, from owner managed start-ups to private equity backed groups and large multinationals, supporting them with their corporate and shareholder taxes. I regularly work with businesses that are growing, helping them and their shareholders to proactively manage their tax position and supporting them to prepare for, and go through, any M&A sales transaction. I have a commercial and strategic outlook coupled with a breadth and depth of technical knowledge and experience from over 20 years in the tax field. I regularly use this breadth of experience to “conduct the orchestra” of tax and non-tax advisers and deal with potentially conflicting aspects to find a commercial and practical route forward.
